The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas welcomed the Year of the Ram with a “Dotting of the Eyes” ceremony and street parade throughout the resort featuring a twisting and turning dragon, lions and dancers. In addition, the resort invited guests to experience Lucky Cat, an interactive art exhibition based on the fabled cultural icon of good fortune, located in the pop-up space off the Las Vegas Strip.
