Trumping Along to the Top
You can’t always tell when someone’s got the trump card. Dezer Properties announced May 11 that Trump Towers in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida has surpassed the $100 million mark in sales. I don’t know about you, but I’m not surprised to see that real-estate mogul Donald Trump continually succeeds in trumping the competition in sales. And this is not the first collaboration between Trump and Dezer Properties. Also located in Sunny Isles is Trump Grande, a three-building oceanfront enclave composed of Trump International Beach Resort, Trump Royale and Trump Palace.
The 813-unit massive luxury oceanfront condominiums located at 16001 Collins Ave. in beautiful Sunny Isles Beach, Fla., is what you’ll find inside the dazzling spectacle of the three mammoth Trump Towers. Dezer Properties announced their success after recently being placed in charge of marketing for the remaining units of Trump Towers.
“We are confident that our adjusted pricing is what has driven beyond-expected results,” said Gil Dezer, president of Dezer Properties Company. “The ability to purchase a unit in a building as prestigious as Trump Towers for $350 to $600 per square-foot has generated unprecedented responses from a broad range of local, national and international buyers.”
Packed with luxurious Sub-Zero appliances, marble countertops, floor-to-ceiling windows and all types of other amenities, it’s no wonder the towers are so successful. Residents enjoy about 250 feet of Atlantic Ocean views, a styling porte-cochere entrance with 24-hour valet services, a state-of-the-art fitness center and health spa, and so much more. The list of amenities seems limitless in these luxurious towers. You really can’t expect less from a real-estate champ like Donald Trump.
“Our success in marketing Trump Towers has generated numerous inquiries from financial institutions to discuss potential work-outs of distressed properties in their portfolios,” Michael Dezer concluded.
