Emiliano De Pasqual Is A Cut Above The Rest At Warren Tricomi South Beach
Emiliano De Pasqual, one of Manhattan’s most-celebrated celebrity hairstylists, has made a name for himself over the past two decades with his dry cuts that add bounce and volume with every snip. His feminine and sophisticated cut and color are in high demand by actresses, editors and countless models. “It’s about looking sophisticated,” says De Pasqual, “I always focus on flattering the face”.
Something of a prodigy, Emiliano knew he wanted to be a hairstylist since he was 5 years old, yet it was not until he was a teen that he shared his future plans with his parents. He expressed his yearning for working with models and being in the creative world of fashion. Coming from a small village outside of Venice (Italy), he was met with many obstacles on his road to success, yet, as if guided by a higher power, his determination never waivered.
The master coiffeur, whom Allure recognized as “A Cut Above the Rest” in 2009 & 2013, has spent his life behind the chair. Trained at beauty school in London and Italy, he scored his first professional position in the 90s as a hairstylist at a Brooklyn Heights salon. Eventually, he made it to Manhattan and won a spot at one of their most luxe salons, Warren Tricomi at the Plaza Hotel. A meeting with Kristen Ingersoll, a leading editor for Cosmopolitan, opened the door to editorial work, and he earned his stripes styling models such as Naomi Campbell, then Miranda Kerr, and Olivia Palermo. The Plaza Hotel became a home away from home for Emiliano, with his rapidly growing, star-studded clientele. In 2012, he expanded his territory by adding Miami and taking up residency at Warren Tricomi South Beach.
Emiliano is known for his intuitive approach to the art of hairstyling. Despite his more than 15 year career, he has the same enthusiasm and passion for everyone that sits in his chair. Not being one to hold back what he really thinks about your style, he wins over his clients, one incredible haircut/color at a time.
