On Saturday, May 8, moms can take a specialized cooking class with the junior chef in their life. Class is from 10 a.m. to noon and is priced at $65 for the mother and child ($30 for additional child).
Or you can spend the Saturday with famed celebrichef Michelle Bernstein for the interactive Champagne Deutz luncheon in the ballroom. Don your apron and sip Champagne Deutz while preparing whimsical bistro dishes from noon to 3 p.m. for $52 for Biltmore Cellar Club members and $65 for non-members.
And finally, finish off the Mother’s Day extravaganza weekend with the renowned Sunday Champagne Brunch. The grand American Sunday brunch tradition takes its own signature twist combining European flair, Latin exuberance and Miami’s very own tropical style. Mom will enjoy French champagne and the bountiful buffet of seafood and caviar, carved meats, made-to-order omelets, sushi, pastas, salads, tapas, quiches, artisanal cheeses, specialty dishes, a chocolate fountain — and endless desserts.
