Tibet House US, Christie’s & Charitybuzz Join Forces for 11th Annual Benefit Auction to Preserve Tibetan Culture
Save the date! On December 16, Tibet House US, Christie’s & Charitybuzz are coming together for one of New York City’s most anticipated auctions of the year: The 11th Annual Benefit Auction to Preserve Tibetan Culture.
Several haute items are going to be auctioned off this year including a Geographic Expeditions custom signature journey for two to Asia, lunch at The Four Seasons Restaurant with Uma Thurman and Robert Thurman, private at-home performance from Philip Glass with 20 of your closest pals, backstage passes to an upcoming Sting concert, a personal voice recording from Hugh Jackman and an exclusive internship at Donna Karan International.
There will also be plenty of amazing artwork on the chopping block, such as limited edition pieces by Milton Glaser, Ed Ruscha, Peter Max, Robert Rauschenberg, Domingo Zapata and Shepard Fairey.
The auction will take place at Christie’s. Proceeds will benefit the Tibet House US and The Tibetan Community of New York and New Jersey.
