No matter their political persuasion, the luxury consumer with an eco-conscience will appreciate the Ritz-Carlton’s “Red, White, Blue, and Green” Innaugural Ball package. Extending from January 18 to 25, this ensemble of products, services, and events all contribute to the environmental cause while allowing participation in the grand welcome of the 44th president of the United States to office.
The journey starts with a sustainable Gucci luggage set, designed to last a lifetime, sent directly to your home. First class plane tickets to Washington, D.C. are accompanied by corresponding In Flight TerraPasses carbon offsets. Upon arrival in D.C. a private chauffeur will meet you with a state of the art hybrid SUV and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay in the city. You will be whisked away to the environmentally friendly Ritz-Carlton in the exclusive neighborhood of Georgetown, which will serve as your base during the Innaugural festivities. In-room amenities include organic bath products and organically grown cotton monogrammed robe. You will also receive tickets to the Innaugural parade and one of the officials Innaugural Balls, as well as a private dinner in the Chimney Stack, one of the region’s most unique private dining rooms. The meal is organic, and is accompanied by organic wine pairings.
After all the excitement is over, board a plane to the Cayman Islands to escape the wintry weather (carbon is offset again) and celebrate biodiversity with 4 nights at the Ritz in Grand Cayman. Practice being an ambassador for the planet by taking part in eco adventure activities offered by the Ambassadors of the Environment Program in partnership with Jean-Michel Cousteau (admission is included).
Starting at $99,000 per stay.
