Haute 100 Update: LeBron James Meets LeSphinx
LeBron James was greeted at Nike’s Headquarters in Beaverton, Ore. earlier this week by a massive eight-foot sand sculpture of his likeness. The enormous sculpture was no ordinary sandbox creation, featuring James without his signature headband alongside the two Larry O’Brien trophies he’s won with the Miami Heat. In front, a smaller sculpture, also made entirely of sand, was created showcasing the four-time NBA MVP’s logo.
James posted a photo posing next to what was dubbed as LeSphinx on his Instagram account with the caption, “sick sand sculpture at the Nike Campus today!” An interesting and original way to welcome a NBA superstar.
