Coolio to Perform at The Big Dig

It’s August now and sometimes that can feel like the beginning of the end of summer. I think we all need a distraction from that feeling and what better way to hold on to summer than thinking of the beach. Lucky for all of us the largest beach volleyball tournament of the year, The Big Dig, will be taking place this Saturday. And one of the best things about spending a day on the beach is being able to play or watch some beach volleyball. Whether you’re a pro or rookie, grab a couple friends and have some fun competing on a beautiful summer day. And if you’re not looking to compete, watching beach volleyball is always fun because you can enjoy a day at the beach and have some entertainment at the same time.

Players Sport and Social Group (PSSG) will be holding their annual beach volleyball tournament on North Avenue Beach and it will feature not only volleyball, but also cornhole, dodge ball and a classic performance from 90s hip-hop star Coolio. Guests can also take part in a limbo contest, head over to the KIND Snack Bar booth for a little something to nibble on and more.
