Vineyards by Christie’s International Real Estate Debuts

The first of its kind, Vineyards by Christie’s International Real Estate has debuted after announcing the innovative advisory service for international buyers earlier this month.
The service brings together Christie’s fine wine experts and luxury property specialists to provide consultations for international buyers looking to acquire vineyard properties in the world’s most sought-after wine regions, including France, California, Oregon, Portugal, Spain, Argentina and New Zealand, according to the website.
Clients in the program will receive expert knowledge and insight about acquiring wine and wine-producing estates, consultation throughout the process by Christie’s and Christie’s International Real Estate specialists, personalized travel arrangements for prospective buyers, and language translation services.
According to JustLuxe, Christie’s “reported an outstanding total of HK $286.5 million (US $36.9 million) from nine wine sales in Hong Kong last year.” There is also demand from wealthy Chinese investors who are looking for foreign wine-producing estates.
