Ethan Hawke In Contract To Sell Chelsea Townhouse

Ethan Hawke is officially leaving Chelsea. The 42-year-old actor has entered into contract to sell his two-family townhouse for $6.25 million, reports The Real Deal. Hawke previously purchased the 3,500-square-foot 21-foot-wide property in 2005 for $3 million.

Located on 353 West 21st Street, the home features six bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, a wood-burning fireplace and a private terrace off the master bedroom suite. The property, which recently underwent renovation, also includes an on open, eat-in kitchen as well as a formal dining room.
