Connie Stevens’ Paul Williams-Designed Home Listed for $18 Million
Connie Stevens’ Holmby Hills home has been put on the market for $18 million. The Paul Williams-designed home is located on nearly two acres of land and includes a two-story entry with a circular staircase, fountains and a rose garden.
Currently being shown to qualified buyers only, the 1939 Paul Williams estate is being sold by Hawaiian Eye actress and singer Connie Stevens, who also reportedly has homes in Las Vegas and Palm Springs. According to the listing, the seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom main house features a formal living room, library/study, large formal dining room, open family room, fully finished basement, atrium, attic, billiard room, two-bedroom maids’ quarters, third floor gym and a wine cellar on the lower floor.
The property also includes two one-bedroom guesthouses, a pool house, a recording studio and a chauffer’s apartment. Exterior features include a heated pool, a private spa with a hot tub, patio, private tennis court, gazebo, green house, cabana, pool house and more. The private home is gated and enclosed with an electric, wrought iron fence.
