FENDI Casa, has recently made its debut at The Private Residences at 400 Fifth Avenue, one of the largest luxury residential high rises in New York City. The 3,292-square-foot show house includes three-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom penthouse, the brand’s rugs, lighting, leather chairs and sofas, glossy lacquer furniture all in upscale fashion.

These breath-taking homes have a contemporary vibe that includes hand-laid black-oak flooring, panoramic views of midtown, imported Italian cabinetry and stone countertops. The building is now more than 60 percent sold and currently one-bedrooms start at $1,365,000.
