Hurricane Sandy Benefit Planned For Madison Square Garden

News | November 9, 2012

On December 12 Madison Square Garden will host a benefit concert for the victims of Hurricane Sandy. The show will be produced by the same team behind “The Concert for New York City” which took place after the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center. That event featured performances by Paul McCartney, Elton John, the Who, John Mellencamp and the Backstreet Boys.

MSG executive chairman James Dolan, Clear Channel President John Sykes and movie producer Harvey Weinstein will organize the December show. No artists have been announced as of today.
