A St. Patty’s Day Special – New York City Style

News | March 11, 2010

You might have already seen a little extra green appearing on the streets this past week for an early celebration of St. Patty’s Day. But don’t expect to see the full force of the green power until the festivities start this weekend.

To kick it all off, Aureole’s Sunday Supper Club, the sleek and sophisticated Bryant Park restaurant, is celebrating in style. Just in time to recognize the patron saint of Ireland, the Bar Room is offering a St. Patrick’s Day inspired meal:

  • A hearty Corned Beef Brisket with Braised Cabbage, Potato Dumpling, Glazed Carrots, Guinness Mustard Jus
  • Baby Spinach Salad with Irish Cheddar and Toasted Shallot Vinaigrette
  • And an Irish Coffee Cream Pie to satisfy that sweet tooth

That’s not all! Supper is accompanied by an unlimited free-pour pairing of Riesling, Dry, Hermann J. Wiemer Finger Lakes, New York 2007 or Nero d’Avola-Syrah, Cusumano, Benuara, Sicily, Italy 2008.

So start off your week with a little lucky in you!
