Kelley Jones has a pretty cool job; he works at a bar, and not just any bar, a pub. And not just for any chef. He works for Todd English.

Jones is the managing partner of Todd English P.U.B. in the Crystals at City Center and the owner and operator of Suite & Tender bar, lounge and restaurant at the Se Hotel in San Diego. Jones has been on the opening executive teams of some of the country’s leading hotel brands including The Monaco in Washington. D.C., Hudson in New York City, Clift and Argonaut in San Francisco and Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. On top of that, he’s managed the operating teams of eight of the top 100 highest grossing restaurants in the country and led the opening teams of five of the top 100 highest grossing restaurants in the United States. He even served as president of the Light Group here in Vegas, and was the vice president of restaurant operations for Starr Restaurant Organization based in Philadelphia.

On top of all that, he has one of the coolest wives in the world, Leslie Jones, who handles public relations for Morton’s the Steakhouse and Trevi at the Forum Shops at Caesars.
