Coo Coo for The Collective: New Meatpacking Restaurant and Lounge Opens Monday
Where Wonderland meets the junkyard, New York’s Meatpacking District has a new hotspot in town from the folks who brought you STK and Bagatelle called The Collective.
Fusing contemporary American cuisine with a random mix of old, found or discarded junk…Ahem, we mean items, the former ONE Little West 12 delivers a romantic yet high-energy vibe with New York themes on the menu.
Designed by ICRAVE, the restaurant and lounge delivers one heck of a visual experience with slot machines, mismatched chairs, funky art, mechanical sculptures tacked to the ceiling, colorful lighting, street signs and stop lights decorating the place. It’s slated to debut Monday and is taking reservations now.
