P. Diddy was spotted touring a duplex penthouse in Tribeca that’s on the market for nearly $20 million. The six-bedroom Merchant’s House apartment on N. Moore Street rings in at 6,800 square feet, with 3,000 square feet of outdoor space and 50 feet of floor-to-ceiling windows. Diddy is fond of the Tribeca neighborhood. In 2004 he dropped $3.7 million on a loft there, although he never moved into it. Should he want to extend his tour, Curbed notes that two other N. Moore penthouses were recently listed in the $20 million range.
