The masterpieces are made nightly by bartenders Libby Ewing and Erinn Ruth. Austria has a history and tradition for refined cocktails which Trummer has brought to this historic location which was once an opium den in the early 20th century.

Brush up on your Charleston steps and grab your dandiest bowler and flapper girl for fine cocktails from this Mixologist founded location in Soho. Pegu finds its namesake from the British Colonial Officers’ club near the Gulf of Martaban, Burma, whose house cocktail was celebrated in master mixologist Harry Craddock’s 1930 Savoy Cocktail Book.

Choose from fresh juices (lime, orange, grapefruit) homemade infusions, tinctures, flavored syrups, and ginger beer. Pay tributes to master Mixologist Audrey Saunders for bringing you house favorites such as the Gin-Gin Mule, Earl Grey MarTEAni, Pisco Sour.
