Drum Roll Please: Ladies and Gentlemen, We Bring You the St. Regis

News | January 23, 2012

After much anticipation, top Miami notables gathered to witness the unveiling of the St. Regis Bal Harbour. The gorgeous property sits just across one of the most beautiful and we’ll edited retail outlets in the country, Bal Harbour Shops; and promises to bring the most discerning tourists, and shoppers, to our fair shores for years to come.

Bal Harbour Village Mayor, Jean Rosenfield, Real Housewife of Miami and mega-philanthropist, Lea Black, Christina Getty-Maercks, Susanne Birbragher, Executive Director of Tourism for Bal Harbour, Carolyn Travis and designers George Yabu and Glenn Pushelberg were amongst those in attendance.

The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort & Residences, which stretches over some 1,000-feet of shoreline, happens to be the 28th property in the St. Regis portfolio, and as such, it was celebrated in a big way, complete with ribbon cutting ceremony and champagne sabering.

Mayor Rosenfield presented Marco Selva with the Key to the Village of Bal Harbour, and shortly thereafter, the pair joined Paul James and Rivera for a ceremonial ribbon cutting that acted as a gesture to welcome the stellar attendees inside for a first look—Signature St. Regis Red Snapper Bloody Mary in hand, of course.
