Kathleen Turner Drops Price Of Amagansett Home
Actress Kathleen Turner has dropped the price of her six-bedroom in Amagansett according to the Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate Web site. Since 2005, the home has been on and off the market. It was originally listed at $8 million, last year it dropped to $5.9 million, and it’s now at $4.95 million.
The 5,000-square-foot home listed with Prudential’s Rachel Thompson was built in 1903 and boasts two living rooms, five fireplaces, a butler’s pantry and a maid’s room. The one-acre property overlooks a 25-acre preserve. Amenities include a heated pool, a pool house and hot tub.
