LA Scene: 2011 MTV Video Music Awards Afterparty
The 2011 MTV Video Music Awards were fabulous as always and included performances by some of our favorite artists such as Lady Gaga, Chris Brown, and Beyoncé. After the show, however, is when the festivities really began. Everybody was seeing pink at the official VMA afterparty hosted by Candie’s at The Colony in Los Angeles.
The afterparty’s red carpet included stars such as Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Rose McGowan, Ashley Rickards and Samantha Droke. Two of Hollywood’s favorite funnymen, Seth Rogen and Jonah Hill, graced the carpet alongside other celebs such as Mark Salling, Tyler Posey and DJ Pauly D.
Celebrities and socialites partied hard into the night at the posh club, sipping on cocktails and noshing on colorful Candie’s Cupcakes inscribed with the company logo. Of course, the after party served as a private fashion show with plenty of costume changes. Vanessa Hudgens emerged as the star of the show, donning a silver Candie’s Couture gown.
