Robert Downey Jr. Buys Malibu Home for $13,443,800
Actor Robert Downey, Jr. and his wife Susan have just purchased a six-bedroom four-bathroom estate in Malibu, California for $13,443,800.
It’s reported that the Downey’s have bought a country-style home in the foothills of Malibu. According to records, the home is located on seven acres of land above Zuma Beach and was purchased back in September 2009. The main house features 3,538 square feet and has four bedrooms (two additional bedrooms are located in a barn that was converted to a guesthouse). There is a gym, tree-lined driveway, several riding rings, fenced pastures with ocean views, and 12 rose-covered horse stalls.
