As summer has officially come to a close, the industry’s busiest week has commenced. On Tuesday, September 8th, Haute Living celebrated its September 2026 Los Angeles cover star, Tyler James Williams, ahead of the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards at Cipriani Beverly Hills alongside the most historic watch brand, Blancpain.

The evening marked Williams’ incredible success as a creative visionary and his nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actor In A Comedy Series for his role in Abbott Elementary. It’s a major moment for the show’s immense success as they head into award season with seven Emmy nominations.

Perhaps the success is due to the cast’s genuine closeness, as co-stars Quinta Brunson, Sheryl Lee Ralph, William Stanford Davis, Lisa Ann Walter, Janelle James, and Chris Perfetti arrived after a day of filming to show their support for Williams.

As guests arrived at Cipriani in Beverly Hills, they were greeted with signature drinks inspired by some of Blancpain’s most iconic timepieces, like the Fifty Fathoms Deep Dive, comprised of Ketel One, dry vermouth, and olives; the Ladybird, made with Tequila Blanco, lime juice, and agave syrup; and the JB 1735, which is Blancpain’s take on the Espresso Martini.

Guests then sat for a multi-course meal with Cipriani signature dishes like the Carpaccio “alla Cipriani,” Chicken Spezzalino “al Limone,” and the Vanilla Meringue. Before the first course was served, Adrienne Faurote, Haute Living Editor-in-Chief, welcomed guests and expressed gratitude to Blancpain for being involved in such a major moment for Williams before introducing Leonardo Laviola, the President of Blancpain U.S.

Laviola spoke about how honored the brand was to be a part of Williams’ journey and moments in time like this; from the cover shoot to the event, as Williams wore the Villeret Quantième Complet to the dinner as well. Guests then raised a glass to Williams.

It was a quintessential Los Angeles evening — guests mingling, conversations flowing, and everyone gathered with a singular purpose: to celebrate Williams as an actor, a visionary, and so much more.
