Peter Guber Lists LA Home for $16.25 million

News | January 9, 2010

Entertainment executive and producer Peter Guber and his wife Tara have just listed their 4,324 square feet Los Angeles home for $16.25 million.

The three-bedroom, four-bathroom home is located on Sarbonne Road in LA and comes as the Gubers begin to unload numerous of the real estate properties, including homes in Colorado, Hawaii, and California.

This particular property is one of three adjacent houses owned by the Gruber’s in a “swank enclave of Bel-Air.” Property records show that the couple purchased the home in 1996 for $3.5 million. It’s a mid-century modern house that the Guber’s allegedly wanted to use as an “arcade” for their children.

It is a single-story house with high ceilings and back in 2003 the couple tried unsuccessfully to sell the home for $12 million.

Neighbors include Star Trek’s Leonard Nimov, businessman Lee Iacocca, entrepreneur Halsey Minor, and Motown founder Berry Gordy, Jr.
