In addition to the regular menu of sophisticated fare, the restaurant is now offering an exclusive five-course, modern-kaiseki dinner with expertly paired sake. Chef Isao Yamada’s summer-in-Japan menu offers unforgettable flavors in delicacies like Texan Wagyu beef two ways, and chilled asparagus soup with mountain yam mousse and sea urchin.

What’s a real meal without the perfect balance of drinks? Expert sake sommelier Seju Yang will guide you through each of his pristinely paired sake selections.
