Actor and former professional boxer Mickey Rourke is trading in his 5,000 square foot Manhattan loft for a smaller model. The move from New York City’s Meatpacking district to his new West Village duplex will mean an extra $6,300 in pocket change per month.

Rourke, who has signed on to tell the story of Britain’s first openly gay rugby player in an upcoming film, is watching his spending in today’s economy. The more humble abode, which will cost him $13,500 per month as opposed to the $19,800 he was previously shelling out, features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fireplace and a quaint garden area perfect for his Chihuahuas to get some exercise.
