Miami Beach’s Newest Lounge: The Carillon at Canyon Ranch

Miami Beach is not short of tourist attractions, from the beautiful beaches, amazing cuisine, the non-stop nightlife, or the extravagant hotels and spas lining the coast.  New to the Miami nightlife is The Carillon Lounge nestled back in the Canyon Ranch Hotel & Spa located at 6801 Ocean Drive in Miami Beach.

The Carillon brings elegance and healthy alternatives to the South Florida scene. The restaurant features a selection of biodynamic wines, beers and liquors accompanying a healthy alternative menu crafted by The Carillon’s Executive Chef, Giovanni Arias. The owners selected the title of the restaurant to pay tribute the previous hotel named The Carillon and the architects made sure to don the new restaurant with the sign and the same old world feel the hotel previously held.

Canyon Ranch Hotel was renovated and reopened in the fall of 2008 to rave reviews.  The amenities and tranquilities on this magnificent ocean front hotel and restaurant should make their patrons feel nothing short of peaceful.
