A Las Vegas Twist

News | November 25, 2009

Three-Michelin star chef Pierre Gagnaire will be debuting Twist by Pierre Gagnaire at the new Mandarin Oriental in Las Vegas on December 4, 2009.

Las Vegas is about to experience a change in its usual restaurant line up with the debut of Twist by Pierre Gagnaire in the new Mandarin Oriental. Twist will seat 74 guests and be located on the 23rd floor of the luxury hotel. The restaurant will feature a glass staircase, and so called “elevated tables.”

Gagnaire is a three-Michelin star chef who will be bringing some of his French cuisine to Vegas and incorporating a modern twist (pun intended) on the dishes.

Gagnaire is the Head Chef and owner of the well known Pierre Gagnaire restaurant located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. He also owns and is Head Chef at a restaurant called Sketch in London, England. Vegas is certainly in store for some delicious meals when Twist opens on December 4, 2009.
