First Look at 40 Bond

As we have reported numerous times, Ian Schrager’s newest Manhattan development, 40 Bond is predicted to bring life into Noho. The scaffolding has come down and passersby can be treated to a curbside view of the condo building that has everyone talking. While none of the interior can be seen from the street, the elaborate and intricate gates designed by architects Herzog and de Meuron give us a sneak peek as to how fabulous and luxurious the remainder of the condo building will be. Even though the building is not finished, it is rumored that one adventurous broker has already staked his claimed and moved into the building – perhaps to gain an edge over the competition? No matter his reasoning, we know that 40 Bond is going to make a tremendous impact on the real estate in Manhattan.
