The Mrs. Claus at PIRAÑA London Has a Serious Bite
Photo Credit: Johnny Stephens Photography It’s the holidays, and what better way to enjoy the season than in one of our favorite and most festive cities, London? Our cocktail of the week comes courtesy of PIRAÑA, a bold, electric, sceney new spot in the heart of Mayfair that fuses Nikkei-inspired cuisine with boundary-pushing cocktails and a high-energy, see-and-be-seen atmosphere.
Equal parts dinner destination and late-night playground, PIRAÑA is designed for celebrating everything—big wins, spontaneous nights, and the moments in between. With an ambitious menu, a glamorous crowd, and the unmistakable pulse Strongarm does so well, PIRAÑA London isn’t just another opening. It’s the place to be.
And the drink to imbibe this holiday season is the Mrs: Claus, a blend of Tanqueray and Noilly Prat shaken with cranberry juice, blackberry purée, lime juice and gum syrup that’s finished with two dashes of molecular foamer for a light, velvety texture. Think: crisp gin and dry vermouth meet a rosemary-lime infusion for herbal freshness. Balanced with gentle sweetness and citrus, finished with a light, velvety foam for a festive feel.
