Haute Living celebrated entrepreneur Nicky Hillton Rothschild and her cover of Haute Living New York alongside the launch of her inaugural jewelry line Theo Grace, a brand close to her heart with personal pieces to cherish years to come.

The celebratory luncheon took place at Le Jardinier in partnership with Natura Bissé, Auragens, and Telmont Champagne bringing together some of New York’s most elegant tastemakers and industry leaders, including Nicky’s close friend Stacey Bendet of Alice + Olivia, Cheryl Casone of Fox Business, Melissa Bouchard of NARS Cosmetics, Kerry Lynch, Purvi Parekh, Olivia Edmondson, Nicola Van Manen, Vani Vijayan, Tyler Feetham, April Donelson, Managing Director of Haute Media Group, Esther Alvarez, Vice President of Strategic Brand Relations at Haute Media Group, and more.

Guests arrived to a warm welcome and sipped on Telmont Réserve Brut Champagne and indulged in specialty cocktails, including the ‘French 53’ made with gin, lavender, lemon, and prosecco, a classic Vesper Martini with gin, vodka, and Lillet Blanc, and the ‘Spicy Yuzu Margarita’ with jalapeño-infused tequila, yuzu citrus, agave, and dry curaçao. For a refreshing mocktail, guests delighted in the Le Jardin Mocktail with cucumber, lime, fine herbs, and club soda.

Each beverage perfectly complemented the luminous setting and Le Jardinier’s modern botanical design. The culinary experience began with elegant pre-lunch passed canapés featuring mini lobster rolls on toasted brioche with tarragon, curried chicken tartlets, and gougères with mornay and black truffle followed by a tasting menu highlighting the restaurant’s signature creativity and seasonal finesse. Dishes included an eggplant caviar amuse, burrata with honeycrisp apple, black mission figs, and pecan gremolata, and halibut with marinated courgettes, Thai basil, and lemongrass. A lemon lavender meringue tartlet provided a beautiful, fragrant finish.
