On Saturday, September 20, Wynn Las Vegas welcomed the highly anticipated return of The Feast, the marquee event of Revelry. Nearly 1,000 guests gathered across the resort’s Event Pavilion and Lawn for an evening that was equal parts grand tasting, celebrity soirée, and immersive culinary adventure.

Throughout the night, guests explored five distinct dining “realms” — the Four Sixes Cookout, Lotus Passage, Destino Mexico, Mediterranea, and Sucre — each transformed into its own world of flavors and performances. Along the way, they mingled with star chefs including Daniel Castillo (Heritage Barbecue), Sarah Thompson (Casa Playa), Antonia Lofaso (Scopa Italian Roots), Jeff Ramsey (Mizumi), Shirley Chung (Dumpling Mafia), and Jennifer Yee, Wynn’s own executive pastry chef.

Actor and entrepreneur Ian Somerhalder brought a dose of Hollywood energy, serving pours of his Brother’s Bond bourbon to VIP guests. Another showstopper? A 260-pound bluefin tuna flown in from Japan, ceremoniously welcomed onstage before being carved into sushi, sashimi, and handrolls.

Pop-ups added more star power to the night: New York’s cult-favorite Levain Bakery satisfied sweet cravings, while Los Angeles’ award-winning Thunderbolt kept cocktails flowing. Each culinary realm also featured bespoke entertainment, from themed dancers to aerialists suspended above the crowd.

Guests also got a taste of what’s to come at Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE — a $5.1 billion integrated resort currently under construction. Led by VP of Culinary Mathew Goodlet, the team served Middle Eastern–inspired canapés, desserts, and cocktails, with highlights like a King Crab & Saffron Tartlet with labneh cream and a Medjool Date Chantilly with Arabic coffee.

This was the kickoff event to a week of Revelry at The Wynn — which includes the North America’s 50 Best Restaurants ceremony, and private dinners with the likes of Junghyun Park of Atomix and Sarah Thompson of Casa Playa; Katina and Kyle Connaughton of SingleThread in Healdsburg and Jeff Ramsey of Mizumi; Alfred Portale, culinary director of Sartiano’s and Zero Bond, and Michael Rubinstein of Sartiano’s Italian Steakhouse and Zero Bond Las Vegas; and the grand finale, the Icons Dinner, featuring chef Emeril Lagasse, chef Dominique Crenn, chef Alain Ducasse, chef Marcus Samuelsson, chef Alfred Portale, and chef Jacques Torres.
