LPM Restaurant & Bar at The Cosmopolitan is giving brunch a très chic upgrade with the debut of Le Brunch — a bold, sun-soaked affair that captures the spirit of the French Riviera right in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. It’s indulgent, high-energy, and entirely too fun to keep to yourself. Every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., guests are invited to settle in for a prix fixe experience ($85 per person) built for sharing — though à la carte favorites are still on hand for those who like to do things their own way.

The menu? Pure Mediterranean decadence. Think Lobster Eggs Benedict, double-cut slab bacon glazed with Banyuls maple syrup, steak and Provençal eggs with chimichurri and harissa, brioche French toast with spiced chantilly, silky vanilla cheesecake crowned with seasonal berries… You get the idea.

But food is just the beginning. This is brunch with a pulse. There’s a pastry bar — a literal display of fresh, handmade croissants and treats curated on the chef’s counter. There’s a roaming rosé ritual, where magnum bottles appear as the music shifts and servers pour tableside with celebratory flair. And on select weekends, a live DJ spins Mediterranean-inspired sets in a room filled with Belle Époque charm — plus plenty of sun on the terrace for that golden hour glow. Of course, no Riviera-inspired gathering would be complete without the drinks. Guests can opt for endless Mimosas, Bloody Marys and Bellinis ($45), a curated selection of LPM’s signature white, red and rosé wines ($65), or even go zero-proof with elevated non-alcoholic cocktails ($25). Highlights include the Riviera Rosé — a breezy blend of Tanqueray, Côtes de Provence rosé, and orange blossom — and the showstopping Tomatini, made with Ketel One vodka, white balsamic, and finished tableside with a theatrical twist of pepper from an oversized custom grinder.
