In a town where reservations are currency and rooftop views come at a premium, Prime Social Reserve is poised to reshape the Naples dining and social scene. Set to debut this fall on the newly constructed third floor above Chops City Grill, this VIP rooftop blends exclusivity with ease—delivering high-touch hospitality, Japanese-influenced cuisine, and a curated calendar of social, culinary, and cultural experiences.

Conceived by local visionary Christopher Shucart, President of JCS Realty Group, who owns the building and dreamed up the rooftop concept, Prime Social Reserve isn’t just another rooftop restaurant—it’s a reimagined social destination for a new generation of Naples residents. “Time is the ultimate luxury,” Chris explains. “This takes the hassle out of dining downtown. You’ll have guaranteed reservations at Prime Social Reserve, plus priority access to Ocean Prime and Del Mar and the rest of the Cameron Mitchell Restaurants around the country from New York to Beverly Hills.”

Prime Social Reserve is walkable, approachable, and—most importantly—experiential. “We wanted to create something accessible, something vibrant, something in the heart of Fifth Avenue,” says Chris. “You can meet for cocktails before dinner, enjoy a post-dinner nightcap, or attend one of our immersive wine dinners or bourbon tastings.”

VIP access tiers range annually, with a corporate option and only 250 VIP’s available at launch—including just 50 for young professionals—P.S.R. aims to foster meaningful connections across ages, industries, and backgrounds.

VIP status unlocks seamless access to the space via an app-based elevator system, invitations to private events, and insider perks such as access to rare and allocated wines through the buying power of the Cameron Mitchell Restaurant Group. “This isn’t just a place to eat or drink—it’s a home base,” Chris notes. “Especially in a city like Naples, where so many people are new or work remotely, it’s about creating real community.”

The design itself evokes upscale cabana-meets-contemporary yacht, complete with lush tropical plantings, a sleek orchid-lined entry, and next-level umbrellas equipped with fans and heaters for year-round comfort. The vibe is modern, relaxed, and visually immersive—ideal for entertaining clients, gathering with friends, or simply escaping the everyday.

The culinary focus? A sophisticated Japanese-influenced menu featuring a deep sushi program, premium Wagyu, and seafood. Cocktail programming will rotate seasonally, and plans are underway for omakase nights, sake pairings, and a robust spirits tasting calendar, including collaborations with leading distilleries and vineyards. “Dining is the new golf,” Chris jokes. “You may not have five hours for a round, but you’ll carve out time for a chef-led tasting or a rooftop cocktail hour.”

Prime Social Reserve isn’t just building a menu—it’s building a movement. Plans include themed holiday events, exclusive wine dinners with vintners, luxury watch and jewelry showcases, and even guest speaker lunches featuring authors, designers, or cultural tastemakers. From St. Patrick’s Day to New Year’s Eve to Cars On 5th, P.S.R. aims to be a sought-after setting for curated experiences and insider moments for VIP’s and their guests, friends, family, and colleagues.

And with seasoned hospitality leaders including Raelene De Luca, PSR Concierge and VIP Manager with Cameron Mitchell Restaurants’ motto ‘Yes is the answer—what’s the question?’ De Luca expresses “There’s no OpenTable. It’s an experience reserved for our VIPs and their guests—guaranteed seating, exclusive access, and a concierge who knows your name and your preferences.”

At the helm of Prime Social Reserve is Rick Giannasi, a hospitality veteran whose résumé reads like a guide to great American dining. His career began bartending at the Four Seasons in Manhattan during the 1980s—an era when the restaurant was widely considered among the world’s best. Giannasi’s career would later span Los Angeles (including a stint at Denzel Washington’s Georgia on Melrose), Detroit, and eventually Naples, where he opened Ocean Prime in 2016 and Del Mar five years later. “When we opened Ocean Prime, Fifth Avenue was still relatively quiet. Now it’s the piazza of Naples,” he says. “And this rooftop space gives people a new reason to look up.”

With Prime Social Reserve, Giannasi is setting the stage for something more than a meal. “This will be the place people gather—for cocktails, culture, and connection,” he says. “We’re building a community.” That vision is evident in every touchpoint—from curated guest speaker lunches and wine-paired dinners to boozy bingo nights and bespoke watch showcases.

Leading the culinary program is Alejandra Bringas, the rising-star chef behind Del Mar’s Mediterranean flavors. Here, she’ll pivot to a refined, Japanese-influenced menu featuring sushi, premium Wagyu, and seasonal tasting experiences. “She’s one of the most impressive female chefs in the company,” Giannasi notes.

Hospitality at Prime Social isn’t simply service—it’s culinary theater. Giannasi likens it to “being a director behind the curtain,” orchestrating lighting, music, cocktails, and conversation so the entire experience feels effortless. A digital concierge app will track everything from favorite dishes to seating preferences.”

As Naples continues its evolution from a quiet coastal enclave to a cosmopolitan destination ushering in the arrival of luxury condos, boutique hotels, and five-star resorts, Prime Social Reserve offers a front-row seat to the city’s next chapter. It’s part rooftop lounge, part supper club, and part elevated escape—without the stress, waitlists, or white tablecloth formalities of the past. “The tagline we’ve adopted is ‘The Future of Fifth,’” says Chris. “And we mean that. This is the next generation of hospitality in Naples.”
