This holiday season, The Ritz-Carlton, Naples debuts “Cookies & Cocktails,” a festive holiday cookbook that combines the creative talents of Executive Pastry Chef Lerome Campbell and the resort’s renowned mixologists.

“Cookies & Cocktails” is more than a cookbook—it’s a journey through the cherished holiday traditions of The Ritz-Carlton, Naples. Inside, readers will find step-by-step instructions for crafting the resort’s signature cookies and cocktails, along with personal anecdotes and culinary insights from Chef Lerome and the resort’s mixologists. The book also includes heartwarming stories and quotes from the resort’s guests inspiring readers to create their own holiday traditions.

“The cookbook beautifully captures the passion of Chef Lerome and our mixologists, as well as the sense of togetherness that makes the season magical at our resort,” said Mark Ferland, Area General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton Resorts of Naples.
Enjoy recipes such as the traditional Gingerbread Cookie and the Elf’s Chocolate Martini infused with vodka, white Crème de Cacao, white chocolate liqueur, and cream. The legend goes that this drink was first concocted by a group of mischievous elves working in Santa’s workshop. They decided to surprise Santa on Christmas Eve, blending festive flavors and infusing the beverage with the warmth and joy of the holiday season. “Cookies & Cocktails” will be available starting December 9 at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples and The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón. In alignment with The Ritz-Carlton’s Community Footprints initiative, proceeds will support hunger and poverty relief efforts in the local community, extending the spirit of giving beyond the resort.

The release of “Cookies & Cocktails” coincides with the unveiling of The Ritz-Carlton, Naples’ life-size 2024 Gingerbread House. Chef Lerome Campbell known for his stunning gingerbread creations was a former finalist on Food Network’s “Holiday Baking Championship” (Season 5) and winner of Food Network’s “Holiday Baking Championship: Sweet Revenge,” and has appeared as a judge on Food Network’s “Cupcake Championship” and Food Network’s “Holiday Baking Championship: Gingerbread Showdown.” The gingerbread house offers a festive backdrop for family photos and Instagram-worthy moments. The display will be open nightly from December 9 through December 24.
