Cocktail Of The Week: The ONE Love Supports Keep Memory Alive At ONE Steakhouse

Our cocktail of the week is one you can feel good about drinking. From November 1 through 30, ONE Steakhouse, from acclaimed restaurateurs and brothers Michael and David Morton, located at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, will partner with Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Sammy Hagar’s Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum to honor Month of Memories. One dollar from every “ONE Love” cocktail sold will be donated to Keep Memory Alive, a Las Vegas-based organization that raises awareness and funds to support Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health.

The “ONE Love” cocktail features Hagar’s award-winning Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, Amaro Montenegro, agave nectar, fresh lime juice, and mixed berry plum, and is served on the rocks.

HOW TO MAKE THE “ONE LOVE”

Preparation:

All ingredients are poured into a cocktail shaker and shaken well, then poured over a spherical ice cube (ONE logo sphere) into a copper goblet and topped with ONE Steakhouse’s mixed berries “Flavor Blaster.”
