The fusion of fragrance and art took center stage during Miami Art Week as The House of Creed, a renowned name in luxury perfumery, joined forces with celebrated visual artist Shawn Kolodny to introduce captivating sculptural installations.
On Tuesday evening, December 5th, Creed and Shawn Kolodny welcomed a select audience to the Esmé Miami Beach Hotel to revel in Kolodny’s artistic creations for the House of Creed. The spotlight shone on Kolodny’s mesmerizing installations, showcased not only in Creed’s Miami Design District Store but also as holiday window displays in more than 30 global locations.

The highlight of the evening was the unveiling of a public sculpture, a collaborative effort between Kolodny and Creed, located near Miami Beach on Española Way and Drexel Avenue. This dynamic sculpture masterfully captures the ever-changing beauty of the natural world, inviting viewers to immerse themselves in its artistry and reflection. Adding a sensory dimension to the experience, the public sculpture is scented by The House of Creed’s exquisite Carmina fragrance, ensuring an immersive multisensory encounter.

The event was attended by a distinguished guest list that included Jordan Watts of Love Watts, artist Olive Allen, model Ellen Alexander, artist Talia Zoref, and Zach Iser. The evening’s ambiance was further enhanced by the soulful beats of DJ Anna de Ferran.
Shawn Kolodny, renowned for his creative prowess, expressed his deep admiration for The House of Creed, stating, “Creed is undoubtedly a brand that I revere for its craftsmanship, history, and values. As Miami Art Week 2023 unfolded, art enthusiasts had the opportunity to witness Kolodny’s exceptional artwork on display at the Creed store and various locations throughout the city. The monumental public sculpture, an embodiment of nature’s fluidity and vitality, will grace Española Way and Drexel Avenue near Miami Beach until May 10, 2024.
