Haute Residence Celebrates Cover Stars Gil Dezer And Todd English At Bentley Residences Miami

Haute Residence celebrated cover stars, Gil Dezer, president of Dezer Development, and Todd English, James Beard Award-winning chef, at Bentley Residences Miami Sales Gallery in Sunny Isles Beach.

“We live in paradise and the world is finally waking up to it,” said real estate visionary Gil Dezer.

Photo Credit: Romain MauriceThe intimate 40-person curated dinner and toast kicked off with a flavorful baby buttery bibb Caesar salad with Tuscan croutons, caper berry citrus dressing, and a sprinkle of Pecorino Romano.

For the main dish, Chef Todd and his staff served up succulent double-bone lamb chops paired with pickled fennel, garlic shallots, a romantic tomato chimichurri, and citrus crème topped with petite mint leaves.

For the vegetarian option, guests enjoyed a roasted cauliflower complemented by grilled red pepper, carrot, cilantro, and chimichurri sauce.

As the grand finale, the dinner concluded with a festive Bentley spiced cheesecake adorned with gold sparkling chocolate strawberries and a refreshing side of citrus gelato.
