The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove Debuts Its Chic, New Restaurant: Isabelle’s Grill Room & Garden

Isabelle’s Grill Room & Garden is the latest addition to The Commodore, the newly-opened cocktail lounge at the Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove, Miami. The chic new restaurant is set to be a hit within the South Florida dining scene. The spot is now offering an a la carte brunch on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., complete with bottomless Bloody Mary’s and mimosas and the lively Mad Jazz Duo. 

The beautiful restaurant is comprised of earthy tones, stained woods, burnished brass, with hints of white accompanied by vibrant green accents creating a stylish yet classic space. The private outdoor garden area, ideal for cocktails and private events, features a lush green landscape, natural wood tables with white and woven chairs.

Adorned in brass, the stunning bar is the perfect spot for pre-drink dinners. Signature cocktails include The Peacock complete with Absolut Elyx, lavender, lemon and blood orange purée; The Boulevardiers; Aperol Spritz and other classic cocktails.

The dinner menu, featuring elevated cuisine from corporate chef Paolo Dorigato, executive chef Andrea Rainis and sous chef Miguel Fajardo, offers an assortment of land and sea options. Jumbo crab cakes, beef carpaccio, kurobuta pork chops, and a variety of salads including the roasted beet salad with Greek yogurt, apples, oranges dressed with pickled mustard seeds, are some of the must-try options on the extensive menu.
