Fourth-generation Cipriani brothers Maggio and Ignazio have debuted Mr. C Hotels’ third location in the heart of Miami’s Coconut Grove to much acclaim. The beautiful boutique hotel brings the prestigious Cipriani hospitality to its newest location with an all-encompassing hotel experience including incredible food and beverage offerings, luxurious accommodations, a rooftop pool, hotel amenities and so much more. Showcasing the same menu as its beloved NY counterpart from Mr. C Seaport, Bellini offers traditional Italian specialties with a modern approach, in a breathtaking, waterfront atmosphere. Spanning half of the top floor of the hotel, Bellini offers dining room seating in a gorgeous, nautical-inspired setting illuminated by warm, natural light, elegant decor and picturesque views of Coconut Grove and Biscayne Bay. Outside on the patio, diners can bask in the fresh air and take in the sunset as they sip signature Bellini’s and dine on some of the restaurant’s most beloved dishes.

Transport yourself to Italy as you explore through the exquisite menu, which touches on all specialties from the Cipriani motherland. Begin the meal with classic Italian Antipasti, including Sauteed Clams “alla Veneziana” for a warm seafood dish, or the indulgent crispy Fried Mozzarella in Carozza, or homemade Polpettine with tomato sauce. A sampling of the antipasti di Pesce is a must, as the vibrant menu offers fresh, raw seafood prepared to perfection. Favorites include the Crudo Tasting—a fresh sampling of sashimi-style tuna and whitefish; Langoustine Scampi Carpaccio—a sweet, melt-in-your-mouth carpaccio dish that pairs delectably with a glass of wine or house-favorite Bellini; or the decadent Sea Urchin Crostini.

There’s a selection of fresh greens including an assortment of salads to balance out the appetizers and lead into the mid-course. From cheat-worthy paninis and even the Mr. C Burger, to mouth-watering, homemade pasta dishes, you can’t steer wrong. Highlights are the signature Pappardelle with pink Bellini sauce; Bucatini Cacio e Pepe; or a fresh Mezze Maniche al Pomodoro Fresco, that will make you feel as if you’re dining along the Amalfi Coast.
And for main dishes, Bellini features a gourmet lineup of elevated classics, from the Veal Scalloppine with white wine and Caponatina, to the Rib Eye Tagliata with arugula and cherry tomatoes, or the Dover Sole Filet with baby artichokes.

Differing from the classic Cipriani offerings, Bellini also features poolside seating where guests can indulge in Italian bites, as well as homemade pizzas from the wood-fired oven outside, which is coming soon.
