Style Saves co-founders and avid philanthropists Rachael Russell Saiger and Isabela Grutman joined forces with sustainable fashion brand Reformation for a chic, intimate brunch at Miami hot spot Swan in the Miami Design District. Swan’s romantic courtyard served as the perfect setting for the day of ladies’ fun and giving back on the sunny Miami afternoon.

After the brunch, attendees got to shop the latest styles from Reformation, with 20-percent of proceeds benefitting the Style Saves organization, a 501(c)(3) that provides students with school uniforms, supplies, clothes and more. In the words of Russell Saiger, Style Saves’ mission is to “build confidence through clothing”—a unique and important cause to allow the youth to feel inspired to achieve their best while looking the part during school, interviews, prom, back-to-school events and other pivotal times in their lives.

Reformation served as the perfect partner for the affair, with the brand’s ethos focusing on sustainable clothing, as well as its new boutique opening in the neighborhood. CEO and Founder Yael Afalo shared, “After Reformation’s Miami pop-up debut last year, we’re thrilled to make our return with a permanent shop in Miami’s iconic Design District. With effortlessly chic styles that are perfect for the Miami heat, we can’t wait to see how the Miami girls wear Reformation.”

She continued, “Sustainable fashion isn’t something new it’s just that it’s becoming more mainstream, and people are becoming more aware of their purchasing habits, finding ways to reduce the impact fashion has on the environment. There’s still so much that needs to be done, and we need to continue educating consumers on the industry’s harmful practices, and providing alternatives to break the cycle.”
The revolutionary brand has been making waves in the fashion industry, and the brunch’s great turnout proved that Miami’s most stylish guests are in alignment with everything Reformation embodies.

In addition to the wonderful shopping experience, guests also got to try out Swan’s newly-launched brunch menu, which is now offered every weekend on Saturdays and Sundays starting at 11 a.m. They munched on gourmet brunch specialties such as the impressive Smoked Salmon tiered platter; Ham & Truffle Omelette; Israeli-style Baked Eggs; Shrimp & Grits; and for a sweet end, the Coconut Pancakes and splurge-worthy Bourbon-Caramel Cinnamon Roll.
