For a true Parisian experience, you don’t have to book a trip to France. Instead, head over to Troquet on South in Boston’s South End where you can indulge in modern French fare and order up a glass of bubbly from their champagne cart. The haute offering comes complete with four different sparkling wines, including the Canard-Duchêne Brut Rosé. Pair it up with a selection from their Raw Bar Cart filled with everything from Alaskan snow crab legs and gulf shrimp to wild prawns and mussels Escabeche.

The Bristol

Located inside the Four Seasons Hotel with a breathtaking floor-to-ceiling view of the Public Garden, The Bristol’s sparkling bar area offers a front row seat to check out the bustling Back Bay scenery. This favorite Back Bay haute spot for business deals is one of our favorites to drink in the colorful views while lingering over a glass or bottle (do you really need an excuse to indulge?) of Dom Perignon.

RumBa

You might not know it from the name, but this swanky beauty at the InterContinental Boston’s waterfront hotel serves up more than just an impressive international collection of distilled rums. There is a private Moulin-Rouge inspired hidden Scotch Lounge, but we belly up to this posh bar for a glass of chilled bubbly and relax at one of the comfortable cocktail tables. (Side fashion note: be sure to check out the clear glass fireplaces, which are fashioned from second-hand Louis Vuitton trunks).

BOND Restaurant & Lounge

It doesn’t get much better than a Dom Perignon Lounge dedicated exclusively to the art of sipping bubbly. Located above the bar, this stylish balcony at BOND Restaurant & Lounge overlooks the main restaurant, which is already decked out with 25-foot vaulted ceilings and opulent crystal chandeliers. The Financial District’s posh spot also features a 12-foot rosewood bar with mirrored backdrop where you can also enjoy some snacks from the menu prepared by Executive Chef Mark Sapienza.

From high atop the Prudential Center (52 stories up to be exact), you won’t find a more breathtaking or encompassing view of the city than the one found at the Top of the Hub. Back Bay’s beauty is one of the best kept secrets in the city for champagne sipping. Come here for dinner and toast to an exquisite celebration or venture over to the lounge for some live entertainment where you can relax with a glass of bubbly while taking in the Boston skyline.
