Outdoor Voices Open Second Outpost In Marin

Outdoor Voices opened its first boutique in the Bay Area six months and it’s doing so well, the athleisure brand has already opened a second outpost. Outdoor Voices new Marin store debuted late last week at the Marin Country Mart. The shop is a “pop-up,” but it will be open through the rest of 2018.

Inspired by the nearby topography, the new space features details that reference the foggy peak of Mount Tamalpais and the rolling hills that dot the Marin Headlands. The pop-up is a hub for the brand’s Doing Things campaign and will offer regular classes like hiking, kayaking, and biking events. In celebration of its premiere, last week Outdoor Voices hosted a Dog Jog and invited fans of the brand to bring their dogs by for a group and canine-friendly run.

Founder and CEO Tyler Haney took note of the Hayes Valley store’s success and found that the brand was particularly suited to the Bay Area’s active lifestyle. Thus, she decided to open another location. “I’ve been exploring more of Northern California since we opened our shop in Hayes Valley,” Haney told Haute Living via email. “I don’t take Marin’s beauty for granted, but I am repeatedly surprised every time I visit. It’s such a playground for outdoor activity.” Fitness fanatics can shop for colorful leggings, comfy sports bras, bright bikinis, and more at the new shop.
