The 12th Annual Epicurean Foodie Affair Vegas Uncork’d Returns

Your most comfortable clothes and shoes are recommended for Vegas Uncork’d. The food, wine, and spirits festival by Bon Appétit returns to Las Vegas in May.

For local culinary foodies, Vegas Uncork’d is what they look forward to if they can get tickets before they’re sold out. Headlining the food festival are the new rockstars of today: world-renowned chefs, sommeliers, and cutting-edge mixologists. Together, they are setting their usual duties aside to host the hundreds of foodies flocking into the city from May 10-13.

Vegas Uncork’d will take place at Caesars Palace, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, The Cromwell, MGM Resorts International, The Venetian and The Palazzo Las Vegas.

The 12th annual epicurean affair will feature food from iconic chefs and fan favorites such as Bobby Flay, Giada De Laurentiis, Gordon Ramsay, Guy Fieri, and Guy Savoy. And, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Julian Serrano, Lorena Garcia, Masaharu Morimoto, Michael Mina, Nobu Matsuhisa, Stephen Hopcraft and more.

New and notable additions to Vegas Uncork’d include Gordon Ramsay HELL’S KITCHEN at Caesars Palace, Sunset Clambake at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Raise a Glass to the Past: A Speakeasy Tasting and Distillery Tour at The Mob Museum. And, Chica “Mom-Mosa Brunch” with Chef Lorena Garcia, This Is How We Do It: The Cake Boss and Lisa Valastro Demo And Lunch at The Venetian, A CUT Above the Rest: The Ultimate Steak & Eggs Breakfast at CUT by Wolfgang Puck at The Palazzo Las Vegas.

A total of 30 events will occur during Vegas Uncork’d with three of those offering early access and 11 of those tasting or private dinner events already sold out.
