Cadillac Kicks Off Oscar Weekend 2018 With Star-Studded Pre-Party

On Thursday night, Cadillac officially kicked off Oscar week with its annual cocktail party.

Held at Hollywood’s iconic Chateau Marmont, the exclusive event brought together some of the industry’s top insiders in addition to Oscar nominees Allison Janney (I, Tonya), Martin McDonagh (Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri), Bryan Fogel (Icarus), Benj Pasek (The Greatest Showman) and Katja Benrath (Watu Wote: All of Us) to celebrate the 90th annual Academy Awards.

Additional attendees at the fete included Tiffany Haddish, Sarah Silverman, Joel McHale, Dan Stevens, Elizabeth Perkins, Angela Basset, Aisha Tyler, Kathryn Hahn, Missi Pyle, Will Arnett and Mamie Gummer.

Select attendees arrived at the event in Cadillac CT6 PLUG-IN and Escalade vehicles; the same vehicles, coincidentally, that will chauffeur guests to the awards show itself as well as a slew of other Oscar week events.

The automotive brand is a sponsor of the Oscars for the fifth consecutive year and will unveil three new ad spots during the Academy Awards telecast. The spots focus on performance, technology, and the future of Cadillac vehicles.
