“Our mission at ClassPass has always been to motivate people to lead inspired lives by connecting them to soul-nurturing experiences,” said Payal Kadakia, Founder of ClassPass. “Access to wellness services will help our users live their lives more fully. It has always been our goal to expand beyond fitness classes, because fitness is only part of the equation that contributes to health and happiness. We’re thrilled to offer ClassPass members even more opportunities to connect with experiences they love.”
ClassPass Launches New Beauty & Wellness Experiences
ClassPass continues to innovate as they just revealed that a subset of users will be able to book an assortment of new wellness experiences including massages, facials, cryotherapy, float spas, infrared saunas, acupuncture and more beginning this week. Users will be able to book these services directly through their current ClassPass subscription in the same fashion they have grown accustomed to booking classes at their favorite boutique fitness studios.
“Expanding into wellness has been on our radar for some time,” said Fritz Lanman, ClassPass CEO. “Our users are a health-conscious group looking to discover high-quality experiences at the best possible value. They crave more than just physical fitness and as trailblazers in the space, it’s our role to create an inclusive business model that encompasses wellness while continuing to introduce users to new experiences.”
The past few months have been exciting for ClassPass who rolled out beta testing for credits in October and launched ClassPass Live back in December. ClassPass currently connects its members to over 8,500 gyms and fitness studios across the globe offering an incredibly fun and flexible fitness membership program.
