While L.A. might be the most health-conscious city in America, most hotels still only offer the same tired gyms and calorie-laden room service. Recognizing the need for something more inspiring, Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills has launched new wellness rooms to satisfy even the most yoga-obsessed traveler.
In partnership with Delos, the hotel now offers five wellness-themed rooms and two suites, offering the perfect mix of exercise, healthy cuisine, and relaxation options.
In-room amenities include exercise equipment, Alo yoga mats, Deepak Chopra meditation videos, LATHER natural toiletries and nutritious mini-bar snacks. An in-room dining menu designed by executive chef Byron Thomas offers Cleveland Clinic-approved menu choices. Options for the updated room-service include Antioxidant Salad, Avocado & Pistachio Dumplings, Poblano & Portobello Tacos and Falafel Salad Bowl.
Delos-designed circadian lighting is controlled by a Mood Box to mimic the intensity of outdoor light and either increase energy with a bright, white light or prepare guests for sleep with a soft, amber glow. And a new state-of-the-art purification system reduces in-room allergens for restful sleep, along with a special filter in the shower to remove chlorine.

Wellness room guests will also have special spa privileges, including an 80-minute massage for the price of a 50-minute treatment. Biomeditation energy treatments and the new Surrender Massage provide the ultimate experience to shake off any remaining stress.
“We are continually looking to evolve the guest experience to deliver products and experiences that resonate with our guests, and this is the perfect hotel to launch a room product dedicated to supporting a wellness-based lifestyle while on the road,” said Michael Newcombe, General Manager and Chair of the company’s Global Spa and Wellness Task Force.
