STK brings Las Vegas its hippest steakhouse yet. Aside from the dim lighting, sexy lounge setting and music reminiscent of a nightclub, the steakhouse at the Cosmopolitan features decadent cuts of beef, including a 10-ounce filet mignon, 14-ounce bone-in filet and 14-ounce dry-aged Delmonico. Do try the Lil’ Brgs with Waygu beef, special sauce and a sesame seed bun.

Here you’ll find his infamous butter-poached steaks, steeped in clarified butter with herbs, shallots and garlic and slow cooked. They’re finished off on a wood-burning stove. Simply luscious. Be sure to pair your steak with one of the 100-plus whiskies behind the bar.
