Located on the top-floor cocktail lounge of the newly opened Indigo Hotel is 18 Social, a boite that transports guests back to the mystery and allure of the speakeasies that defined the 1920’s Prohibition Era. In addition to indicating it’s top floor location, the name – 18 Social – was inspired by the 18th amendment, which outlined the ban on manufacturing and selling liquors in the early 1900’s. Pop by to drink the trippy Age of Shirley—Correlejo Silver Tequila, fresh lime, club soda and house-made grenadine.
You’ll feel as pretty as this drink looks after a few Hibiscus Rosewater Margaritas—arette blanco tequila, fresh lime, jamaica (hibiscus tea) and rosewater—at Top Chef season 5 contestant Alex Eusebio’s beloved Toluca Lake restaurant, Cascabel.

Why drink one when you can drink a pitcher? That’s our take, anyway. Gulp up the Sonoran Sun at Winsome, made with Reposado tequila, lime juice, grapefruit juice, prickly pear and raspberry syrup and agave bitters.
