Quick Hits: Your New Favorite Egg Sandwich at Street Taco

New Gramercy hotspot Street Taco is making waves for their Eggslut-comparable egg sandwich, and now that we’ve lost the L.A-based pop-up, we’re in dire need of a replacement.

Made with soft scrambled eggs, charred jalapeño aioli, guacamole, melted Monterrey Jack, and a mix of sweet onions, lettuce and tomato – Street Taco’s egg sandwich is not your average power breakfast.

Street Taco’s brunch menu boasts a selection of brunch tacos, chilaquiles, paleta mimosas, a DIY Bloody Mary bar; thankfully, brunch is served until the leisurely hour of 3PM!
